NATURAL LIVING Shoppe — Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at duvewellnesscenter@gmail.com. We will review your request and provide next steps. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will make it right at no cost to you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized print-on-demand items (unless defective)
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges Return the original item once accepted, then place a new order for the replacement.
European Union EU customers have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, provided items are unused and in original packaging.
Refunds Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
